Gratitude is simply the act of recognizing and appreciating the good in your life. No matter how small it may seem. Think cultivating an attitude of gratitude will refocus your attention what really matters – the things you already have!

Remember that there are no quick fixes; self-compassion takes practice and patience! Start small by taking some time each day just for yourself.

It does not involve quick or forceful movements—so it can be done at any time throughout the day. To get started, pick a form of exercise that you enjoy doing. This could be yoga, walking, swimming or even just some simple stretching exercises.
